Halloween

I realize that I "may" be a bit late on this post.  But I'm still recovering. Halloween this year started off shitty.  I dressed up like Zach Galafanakis in 'The Hangover'.  No one got it.  They all thought I was John Gosselin.  "Hey, 1 kid!  not 8! dammit"

Here's what it was supposed to look like....

Here's kinda what it did look like....

The best part about this, is that I literally felt just like they did in the movie.  (the day after)  Sarah didn't think it was as funny.

Well just a few days ago, my good friend "Meyer" sent me a text saying that his buddy ike was getting us these t-shirts... YES!
We can relive the adventure!

El Aguila Real

Ok, this place in Beaverdale used to be our favorite Mexican Joint.  They moved, they raised the prices, and their furniture is now rather gross and suggestive.  (see below)
I can't believe they would put something like that on the booths in a family restaurant.  It has absolutely nothing to do with my dirty mind.

Hawaii

I've been informed that I don't blog enough about things that we actually do... So here goes.  Here are some pictures from Hawaii.

This is fresh off the plane.  In the paking lot of the Rental Car place.  Boring I know, but it was nice....

We went to a Christmas Eve Lu'au.  Which really is the way to spend a Christmas Eve.  I mean, a ton a food, girls in Coconut Bra's, Open Bar, and did I mention a freaking Pig Roasting in the sand??!?  Sweet.  good time, except that we had to drive home afterwards for 20-30 mins.  That was the unpleasant part.

This was taken at Makena Beach, the swells were impressive.  Around 6 feet or so.  When you get tossed around inside a wave this big.  You feel it.  Just ask Sarah's Aunt Jeanne.

As she walked into the water with what basically was an anchor (see boogie-board), the lifeguards announced over the PA system that if you weren't experienced, this probably wasn't the time to learn how to boogie board.  Well Jeanne in all her wisdom decided to forego the warnings and press on into the 6 foot swells.  She quickly realized this was not a good idea as she was tossed about for a good 6 or 7 swells until she could get her feet underneath her, (with the help of the lifeguard).  I was in the water, beyond the breaks, and all I could hear was the cackling laughter of Ned and Family.  They thought this was hilarious.  The people next to me in the water thought it was sad that these people were laughing at this poor woman getting her ass kicked by a formittable opponent.  Needless to say, there was sand in just about every crevace of our bodies.  Gross.
Moving on.

Here's a sunset from our Balcony of the Condo.  It looked straight west into the sunset, gorgeous.  It was a beautiful setting each night.  On that note: it was literally 80degrees and Sunny every day we were there.  The sun was behind the clouds for a total of maybe 20mins the whole time.  And it was beautiful in Iowa as I understand.

A lovely overlook near Kapalua.

Twin Falls, on the Road to Hana,  Otherwise known as the death trip.  This road is a 50 mile jaunt through the rainforest, overlooking cliffs, small towns, lagoons, parks, and one lane roads with crazy people driving on them.  46 one lane bridges, ~620 curves.  It was nuts.

Ned and I also went fishing.  It was pretty sweet.  Also pretty expensive.  But the boat caught some cool fish.  This is a "something back Tuna"

All in all it was an amazing trip.  I wouldn't mind moving there right now, or at least travelling back frequently for the rest of my life.

More People of Wal-Mart, ONLY BETTER!!

Check this video/rap song out.  Absolutely hilarious and I likely won't be doing anything other than watching this for the rest of the afternoon.  Favorites include, The "I'm That Bitch" girl, the recurring sighting of pimps, The "Best Set of Back Tits", the "Kid on a Leash", "Tony the Tiger", and the "Bob Saget Truck".  The awesomeness is too hard to put into words.  That's why its a song.

Unessecary Censorship

One of my favorite things in the world is swearing.  This bit on Jimmy Kimmel Live toasts to censorship... Love it.  Obama at the end.  "I'm f$%* UP!"
